Congratulations Airi, on your victory in this Second Queen's Maid Tournament! You, for the second time in a row, are our Ultimate Maid. 

Let us have a round of applause, it couldn't have been easy to keep her title considering the fierce opposition Iroha and Aldra offered!Could the allure of such a high quality maid be the reason for their loss or could it simply be that Airi's seductive wiles were too much to hope to resist for fans of the opposition? 

Now that the dust has settled, we must say a final farewell to our two last maid hopefuls, Iroha and Aldra, whom fought with everything they had to take down the Netherworld Wraith. A tough but fair battle, there is no shame in that now is there?

Queen's Maid : Final Intermission

In preparation for our Grand Finale for the Queen's Maid Tournament, we'll be taking a true intermission while leaving the actual voting and polls aside for the week.

Since we won't be announcing the victor of the tournament quite yet, why not take the time to examine the results from previous rounds more closely? As promised earlier in the tournament, we'll be lifting the veil on the voters and reveal just how close some of these polls really were!

Let's take a look at those numbers!

Queen's Maid : The Final Battle

Welcome all participants, to the Final Round of the Queen's Maid Tournament!

Many brooms, feather dusters, aprons and ladles have clashed all throughout the course of the tournament to bring us to where we are today. It has been a long time coming, but this is the fight that will finally crown this year's Ultimate Maid!

The end draws near, may the best maid win!

Each Voter will be limited to only 1 Vote for this battle.

As I've mentioned before, in a battle to decide the best of the best, it's only natural to have each participant only able to rely on those who believe in them above all others after all.

 As far as additional rules go, there is but one major difference between this round and the prior ones. Unlike in the previous rounds, where a tie simply added another contestant to the next round, this time, should the highest voted tie be between Airi and any other contestant, victory will ultimately remain within the hands of our reigning champion, Airi, leaving her rival with only second place.

However, should the tie be between her rivals, leaving Airi in the dust behind them... well, it's highly unlikely that would ever happen, but let's just say the old rules would work just fine for a tie between Iroha and Aldra.

As for the ultimate winner... expect yet another week long pause in the tournament before we can announce who that might be, as we'll be needing a little extra time to prepare a suitable post for our lucky winner.

Now then, our maids have waited a long time for this!

Repayer of Kindness, Iroha

A resounding victory has taken place for Eastern Maids everywhere as Iroha takes the final spot for the battle against Airi, joining Al from Queen's Blade Rebellion as her rival. Grace, poise and maid-like devotion of her caliber is truly a hard thing to match, so it should come as no surprise that fans would favor her above so many others already.

Though, her victory came with a price, the last of the representatives for the Classic Queen's Blade series has fallen, leaving only Rebellion and Gate in its wake. Irma fought valiantly, but all in all, even in the darkest depths, there will always be a ray of light somewhere to fight back. Still, Irma, you did your absolute best against imposing odds, and for that, we commend your efforts all the same!

And thus the first battle for this third round comes to an end... a valiant effort was made by all three of our maid hopefuls, something to be proud of, sadly only one was strong enough to beat the odds and her strongest opponents yet to move on to our final round, and that person is...

The Summoner, Aldra

Al may have lost her "The Queen" title long ago, but clearly, she still has what it takes to become a winner. Her Maid-like skills and her staggering popularity have certainly done her well so far anyways! Could she be the one who walks away as the Ultimate Maid? We'll have to wait and see!

Now, as always, where the can only be one victor, those who fail to be that victor must suffer the bitter taste of defeat. Though, to be quite frank, both Nyx and Cattleya put up an amazing fight this round, as well as in all the previous ones of the Queen's Maid, eliminating many worthwhile opponents as they advanced. To call them losers by this stage would be a disservice to those efforts, as well as the efforts of those who fell before them. So, good job Nyx and Cattleya! You two may not be Ultimate Maids, but you're certainly incredible all the same!

Queen's Maid : 3rd Round Begins!

 And here is it! The third round!

Our second round having eliminated so many amazing maid candidates already, all that remains now is to narrow the playing field just a slight bit more for our final battle against last year's Ultimate Maid, Airi!

Behold, 3 out of our 5 remaining contestants!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this round will be a free-for-all battle involving three contestants rather than the 1v1 that had originally been planned. However, regardless of the number of participants here and contrary to our past round, voters will only have 1 Vote to make use of this round. This is only natural, as only the strongest can hope to match the Ultimate Maid, and as such, only those given absolute favor by their fans will be able to move on!

Well, for the most part, should another last minute tie somehow occur, the same exception will be made as was made during our previous round, with the lucky participants both (or dare I say it, all three) moving on the final round against Airi!

With our first round over and done with, our first round victors must now square off against one another to determine who will advance to the 3rd Round!

As mentioned before, voters in the 2nd round of proceedings will be able to Vote Twice rather than be limited by our usual Single Vote style of voting. Whether this leads to some rather shocking developments or leads to even more crushing defeats, only time will tell!

In the meantime, allow us to explain the rules for the following round. As with the prior round, each battle will have 2 victors advancing to the next round, with the losers being eliminated from the Winner's Pool. The double vote rule will only be applied in this round, so don't forget to make use of it while you have the chance!

The 3rd Round will introduce 1v1 battles with our final 4 contestants, so look forward to that!

These two received an overwhelmingly positive response from the voters, with their victory being easily the most brutal of all 4 rounds. And as far their individual standings when faced to one another go, it was a fierce battle all throughout! Was it Nyx's tragic past as a lower class maid for the Vance family that touched the hearts of her fans? Was it Aldra's impressive devotion towards her one true Darling that sealed the deal for her admirers? ...Was it the naked apron? 

The next round will certainly be an interesting one!

Speaking of which, now that our 4th Battle is done, we must say goodbye to both Jean and Alicia, marking the end of the Spiral Chaos and Grimoire representation in this tournament.

Will Jean ever catch a break and find the girl of his dreams?

Will Alicia ever get to show up in the anime in some shape or form?

Watch out, in this battle of aprons, service and love, these two are strong contenders all around!

The 2nd Annual Queen's Maid Tournament Begins

The 2nd Annual Queen's Maid Tournament has begun!

The Queen's Maid is a life-or-death struggle fought every once in a while to determine who is the greatest Maid of all the lands. Whether one is from a foreign world, inhuman or even male, all are allowed to participate so long as they display the ability to either cook, clean or look like a maid.

It is these skills, and the support of their fans, that will allow each challenger to move forward in the rankings, in the hopes of aiming for the top and defeating last year's champion, the Infernal Temptress Airi.

The challengers will have their opponents selected via chance, with the first and second rounds being Free-For-All melees between 4 participants at a time, with only the top 2 challengers from each battle being permitted to advance further.

By the end, only one will remain to face Airi in one last battle to determine who will obtain the seat of Ultimate Maid.

Who will find glory as the Ultimate Maid, who will face humiliation and defeat. The Queen's Maid Tournament will see to it that only one will prevail, who will that be, they will have to fight to find out.
