Oh wow, this was actually posted in WT last tuesday, but they added so much stuff at the same time, I must have missed it, my bad :p
Anyhow, one more installment of the 4koma-thingies!
Nothing much to add from last time, but tsundere Irma is aaa~wesome! :3
4koma of the original series? That's probably the QB Anthology comic, you can find some we released in the Translations section (currently in the process of migrating stuff to Mega tho...)
oh ok, thank you:). after you're done with translating white triangle are you going to do the next story in the sword of the unicorn novels (since it and the next one focus on my and your favorites menace & cattleya) or do you have something else planned or want to keep secret. one idea i had since its the series 15 anniversary maybe do an art gallery of rare or special art of the original,the anime, rebellion, gate,grimoire or unlimited/white triangle to celebrate.
I'd really love to work on releasing not only WT's story, but also the freetalks and the events, and continuing Fio's novel would be great too... but unfortunately, as I always say, with my partner as the only one proofreader, we can only release a small fraction of what we could. Then again, good proofreaders aren't dime a dozen, so...
That's not a bad idea for a 15th anniversary gallery, I wonder if HJ will do something like that in the event next March...?
i think they might since they have done special artwork for the series or megahouse's anniversaries in the past (i would like that if it meant getting more artwork of cattleya and rana by kaneko hiraku since i love seeing those two together or f.s works.:3)
i personally would like as a 15th anniversary project either megahouse/hobby japan announce an excellent model series of the characters unlimited designs(as there are some characters i think would be cool to see like irma cattleya and rana,melpha or menaces look.). characters who have yet to have excellent models like claudette,laila, the rest of the grimoire girls and the swamp witch werbellia,a 3rd grimoire ova announcement that combines the original series and rebellion,(i know its extremely unlikely due to grimoires overall lukewarm reception and the ovas not properly setting up its world until the 2nd one, but i did like some elements like seitan, tiina,zarya and her grandmother,kaguya and alicia,i thought snow whites abilities with her magic mirror and the snow queen cinderella implied to be setting up a queens blade with characters throughout the series would be a cool way too tie it to the series since the rebellion anime just ended with the the resistance teleporting away in ancient ruins and alicia in the beginning of the ovas is implied the be the tournament teleporters from the gainos arc it could have her summon them and the characters from the original series with new looks for those who we didnt see in rebellion like cattleya, nyx and menace and have them fight against snow white who in a last ditch effort summons the swamp witch in her original form,leading to her defeat and destruction as i feel whether gamebook or anime the original universe should be brought back and given full closure with maybe a teaser of a queens gate ova with alice, dorothy or lewis showing up nick fury-avengers style lol.),or add more of the characters original looks,rebellion.gate or from some of hobby japans other works like bikini warriors(which i could totally see being in the same world as queens blade just in a different part of the world) seven mortal sins(who i could see being summoned by the swamp witch as melona,airi, and menace seem to be even less subserviant to her than their original selves or the triangle gang. just be more closer to their manga counterparts) or the seven heavenly virtues(which is my favorite non-queens blade work of hobby japan and i feel would be the easiest to make a canon part of unlimited's story by having them be nanael's superiors as the head angel and her friend michael don't seem to exist in this continuity.) or even simply have shizuka be announced for unlimited(it makes sense to why she wasn't in at first due to being an anime only character and not really existing in the gamebook continuity outside of tomoes short story and the faq, but she had a fun personality and relationship with tomoe that i would love to see an interpretation of.)with hopefully a better fate than the original.
its pretty cute that irma has a better relationship with echidna then the original series(to be honest irma was one of the classic characters i didnt care about originally along with elina,aldra,setra and risty at first in the anime)
