For this year however, I suppose the only remarkable thing is that Queen's Blade Limit Break has started doing some event stories?

Limit Break also started doing collabs, as it did with Samurai Girls and as is now surprisingly doing with the mostly defunct Highschool Of The Dead (irony for a zombie series?).

For other collabs, we got Senran Kagura's, and we may get Ikkitousen's before the end of the year...?

Storywise, we also tried to get some QB prequel fanfiction going, but nothing has happened...

We'll have a cute anniversary pic commissioned by our Discord mod soon, too!

On the subject of collabs, Limit Break x HOTD was confirmed by the jp account... but not by global, weirdly enough:

So here's the second story that I liked from the contest, posted here and penned by a Inouchi Kaiji. It took the 3rd place in the contest... though if you ask me, it easily deserved the 1st place too, I don't see how the 2nd place (a normal story about Ymir selling stuff helped by the Swamp Trio) compares.

I'm quite fond of this story, not only because of how poetic the title sounds (doesn't it? Can you guess which character it is about?), but also because, canon to the character in question, it's a story uniquely told from the point of view of "us" -- something only possible in writing.

This story is also way longer than Branwen's, I'm assuming it should probably take around 10 posts?

This time around, it took me only 10 pulls to get Tomoe... but had to roll like 63 times, spending around 2300 gems, to finally get Alleyne, getting in the process 3 Elinas, 3 Airis and 7 Tomoes (what do you even do with more than 5 copies of a girl?). Guess that's what you get in a game without pity...

Some fellas are saying that 6 girls is the max Senran Kagura has ever had in a collab. Have we reached the cap, or as the cool kids say, can we get much higher?

Queen's Blade Fan Legends Project?

This is something I've been working on for most of the last month. I already posted it in Discord, just posting it in here in case someone missed it :3

Since HJ seems to be content with just giving us light event stories in Limit Break and nothing else new ever since White Triangle ended, I thought: what if we could make a new QB story ourselves and breathe some kind of life into the series? So I focused on "the first QB tournament Aldra won", 8 years in the past, and helped by AI to make sure the stories would be minimally decent and trying to follow the style of our Unicorn novels, I ended up with these 9 new girls that would be facing Aldra and their stories.

Not sure if my writing is up to snuff or if the fans will like this, but maybe this could spark some conversation or some kind of collaborative project? Dunno if this has any kind of future, but at least I tried, I suppose.

For some reason, they didn't translate "Akuryo Taisan", which means "Evil Begone" and is indeed what Tomoe's talismans say, as she (and many other priestesses like her in other series) has used plenty of times.

Also, the more cultured fans will know that Rebellion Aldra's nickname is supposed to be "Waifudora"... from japanese "嫁ドラ" ("yomedora"), that is.
