Queen's Blade Rebellion: Noble Oath translated!

Here's the remaining QB Novel!

With both new author and artist, it gives a new perspective on the Rebellion story, and tries to set up some cool and funky things, but unfortunately the book never got a sequel...

The new character with a gun also solves a long-standing plothole that Rebellion has tried to address in many different ways through its adaptations.

I'd post a link to the relevant Rebellion manga chapter right here (ch 4), but there's already two posts of this very blog that got DMCA'd in May for that very reason (linking to scanlation sites) due to this asshat "Eric Green" from Remove Your Media LLC (that's a tidbit I hadn't mentioned so far, btw).

For the retort poll, Yuit beat Sainyang 19v-79% against 5v-21%.

Guess Sainyang doesn't get enough parts to have a chance here, but still was a good effort!

Next poll is about the two factions fighting in this drama cd!

And so, what starts as a classic spa situation turns into something different? Kind of the weirdest one of the bunch, and the longest too.

Regarding the doll style poll, Vante (full command, little autonomy) won 23v-77% versus Belphe & Dogor (lot of independence, unsure of their intentions) with 7v-23%.

So Yuit's mom was on the right track, wasn't she? Guess that's how a guardian doll should be...?

For the poll on Annelotte being feminine, it was surprisingly close all the way through, but "Yup, would be nice for a change" won with 38v-54% against "Nah, she's plenty cool as is" with 33v-46%.

Hm, so she could stand to learn a bit from her housewife sister, isn't that it...? Kind of like Leina did (suffered through) in Rebellion Zero, lol.

Drama CDs: Bitoshi Senki Upheaval (10/10)

For the Santa poll (redux), "he's definitely real!" won with 20v-37%, followed by "maybe?" and "sorry kid" with 11v-20% and 10v-18%, and after that, there were "s-sure he's real" with 7v-13% and lastly, "no, and he was never real" with 5v-9%.
Compared with the last time we did the poll 3 years ago, the winning option was the same, "no, and he was never real" was second with like triple the percentage as now, "maybe?" was third, and "sorry kid" and "s-sure he's real" followed, all of them with lower percentages than now (except for the 2nd one, as mentioned).
Hm, I wonder, are people getting gentler with kids now...? lol

One more poll, the poll about my Irma-chwan that we never made due to Xmas time! :3

I thought it was actually pretty cool, it provided some quite rare character arc for Elina, and even gave us some closure on top of it (pity that we never heard of the girl after that), plus gave some protagonism to the twins, who had never really shined up till now...

For the 7 Virtues anime poll, "definitely interested" won with 24v-51%, followed by "I'll pass" with 9v-19%. After that, there was "might or might not give it a try" with 6v-12%, "not interested in either" with 5v-10%, and "I'll give this one a shot!" with 3v-6%.
Hmm, more support than I was counting on, for sure :)

For the quiz thingie about the 2nd flattest gal, Sainyang won with 27v-42%, followed by a tie between Ymir and Cham Cham with 14v-21%, a 4-way tie between Eilin-Aldra-Alice-Nowa with 2v-3%, and nobody voted for Katja.

For the so-called "Nice Skin Day" poll, it was an overwhelming victory for Menace and her massages with 30v-54%, followed by Nyx and her Funikura secretions with 9v-16%, a tie between the noble Elina and the plump Melpha with 6v-10%, and last was the young Nowa with 4v-7%.
Yaaay, my Menace~ Guess the oil massages were good for something in the end~
