Looks like most people felt the same way as me about Ymir. As to what I think "doesn't feel right"... it's not her clothes, oddly enough, despite the overabundance of ribbons. After all, she's already had one change of costume, so why not another? And somehow I feel this kind of loli-cute outfit suits her, precisely because it's so inappropriate for a lady of her advanced years.
ReplyDeleteNo, what I have a problem with is the axe. The original, now that looked like it meant business. Cleave a battalion of trolls in twain with a single stroke? No problem. And it had the dents to prove it. The new one looks like it would shatter if you so much as sneezed on it. No, seriously, don't sneeze on it, you'll spoil that lovely finish. Have you any idea how long it would take to polish it up again? God forbid she should actually get someone's blood or brains on it. I mean, the ribbons would have to be replaced for starters, there's no way that kind of stain is going to come out in an era before dry cleaning...

ReplyDeleteAbout the cosplay, I dunno, it doesn't really do anything for me. Maybe it's because she's wearing a bikini as opposed to actual underwear? Mind you, I was never much interested in Liliana in the first place. If you want to do Airi, though, don't let me stop you.
