Queen's Blade Rebellion & Queen's Gate Relationship Charts

Well this week we hadn't time for a video... but we brought something new for ya'! More specifically, the ultimate Rebellion relationship chart you might recognize from the witch's book... plus a rare QG one from a Spiral Chaos guide, courtesy of our pal Final Agent!

Enjoy!

  2. You wouldn't happen to have the one from the original Queen's Blade handy, would you?

    1. This one, right?

Except for some misspelling on the names (like Barnes, Melfa, Sedora), it should be quite correct.

    2. Thanks. That should help with the Queen's Blade panel I plan to run at Anime Fargo this September. I just hope I can cover the entire series, and still have time to demo the game, within the hour and a half I'll be given

    3. Oh, a QB panel at a con? That's awesome, be sure to let me know how it goes :D

    4. Don't forget to read Alzrius' articles on the QB wiki for some real crazy in depth stuff.

  3. I noticed that Melona is not listed in the Swamp Witch army. did she strike out on her own or was forgotten. Menace isn't on the chart either.

    1. Come to think of it, you're right, I hadn't actually noticed (and both are amongst my 3 faves). Melona should be in her army indeed (masquerading as Ymir from the Queen's Army too, I guess it'd be hard to place her in the chart), and Menace should be away from all of them, following her own pace as usual.

    2. A lot of characters don't appear in this chart, such as Painkiller Kotone and Wonder Momo.

They do mention that it's only an example after all, so much like the conversations, they're not to be taken as the end all be all of Queen's Blade info.

  4. Congrats on keeping the site running for so long!

No more fanmade characters for the time being?

    1. Heya, been a while!

...But nope, no more QBB fanmade chars :p Because, I'm a programmer first and foremost, and I started translating QB on top of that out of my love for the series... so I just got no time for fancy designs anymore, lol :p

    2. I understand. By the way, if you've ever had an interest in board games, there's an excellent fighting board/card game called Battlecon: War of Indines and its sequel Battlecon: Devastation of Indines, they both remind me a lot of the Lost Worlds mechanics. They account for range and positioning and all that good stuff.

War of Indines is getting a reprint now and it's on Kickstarter.

How's the future of Queen's Blade? Is it still a popular enough franchise or is it in decline?

    3. Hm, I checked that game, but I guess I'm more inclined towards "pure" card games that don't need all those board elements... and it's not like I have a lot of friends to play that with, ahaha.

As for Queen's Blade... even I can't deny we're in a bit of a dry spell right now. But, when there's a will, there is a way! >_<

    4. Well, keep up the good work and the hope! I'll check periodically for new releases.

    5. And if you consider making more fan characters, feel free to ask for image assistance (okami31@yahoo.com).

    6. Is this a bug?

Agrias' Cleansing Strike made Tifa faint after three turns instead of forcing her to jump.

    7. Hm? Isn't that the same effect as Yuit & Vante? It doesn't force the opponent to jump, it indeeds knocks them out if they don't jump back.

Of course, that's the right time for you to try to thrust at them, so the cpu doesn't jump back right away...

    8. Oh, okay. I was just following the move description that just mentioned jumping, not fainting. Agrias tricked me!
