I admit I'm not an expert in online gaming, but if Hamachi really works here (I'm not sure, since I don't use it), I guess the simplest solution would be to create some kind of "QBB club" in Hamachi for people to join and play, like they do with other games. I mean, I thought I could use some game-oriented server like GGPO or similar, but I don't think those are meant for fangames...
Hamachi sounds like a plan, if it works here. I would to be glad to test but I don't know any other QBB player. Another idea could be a msn group (useful to find Xlink Kai players from my country).
