And yet another decisive battle has broken out here in our First Round of the Queen's Maid Tournament, one that left two more of our competitors in the dust and with little chance of recovery. Thus, the winners of our last battle for this round are...

The Master of Flame, Nyx

The Summoner, Aldra

These two received an overwhelmingly positive response from the voters, with their victory being easily the most brutal of all 4 rounds. And as far their individual standings when faced to one another go, it was a fierce battle all throughout! Was it Nyx's tragic past as a lower class maid for the Vance family that touched the hearts of her fans? Was it Aldra's impressive devotion towards her one true Darling that sealed the deal for her admirers? ...Was it the naked apron? 

The next round will certainly be an interesting one!

Speaking of which, now that our 4th Battle is done, we must say goodbye to both Jean and Alicia, marking the end of the Spiral Chaos and Grimoire representation in this tournament.

Will Jean ever catch a break and find the girl of his dreams?

Will Alicia ever get to show up in the anime in some shape or form?

With your support, the maiden of the grove as well as the cat-loving cleaning lady advance to the next round! Was it Dizzy's ever gentle persona that gave her victory? Was it Irma's experience as a cleaning lady that gave her hers? These two likely attract very different kinds of fans, but don't let yourself be fooled, that will likely prove to be an advantage in later battles!

So with our 3rd Battle over, we say goodbye to Aryutta and Stella,

 the last female representatives of the Spiral Chaos game series.

Repayer of Kindness, Iroha

Advancing to the next round will be the ever legendary Cattleya along with Airi's ultimate rival, Iroha! With this victory, Iroha takes both one step closer to overthrowing Airi as Ultimate Maid as well as a victory for Eastern Maids everywhere by defeating one of Airi's surbodinates!

Watch out, in this battle of aprons, service and love, these two are strong contenders all around!

And with the 2nd Battle over, Gretel and Meena find themselves eliminated from the competition!

Will Meena ever know what victory is like beyond what her books tell her?

New Unofficial Queen's Blade Game

So apparently some chinese guys have made some kind of QB RPG, or at least a game with QB chars on it. They do get bonus points for adding the Grimoire gals, that's for sure.

So how's the game exactly? That we don't know, since there are only a few screenshots available on the net. It does have its fair share of unofficial fan art, though (yay, links galore), so even if it turns out to be completely unrelated to HJ, at least we have to commend their efforts.
